ROHI Ministries Philosophy

Christianity is a partnership between God and man...God is the stronger partner.

God has established a covenant agreemant with mankind through the blood of Jesus Christ. By accepting Jesus, we become God's children and while on earth His partners to accomplish His purposes here. 2 Cor 6:1 1 As God's fellow workers we urge you not to receive God's grace in vain. (NIV) 1 Cor 3:9 9 For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building. (NIV)

At rebirth our spirits are reborn, not our minds, we must actively participate in renewing our minds.

Each believer is to participate in strengthening the weak, healing the sick, binding the injured, returning the strays and searching for the lost.

Each believer has the same purpose which is to destroy the works of Satan...how we carry out our purpose may differ.

Each believer must be loving, patient and forgiving toward one another.

Each believer should proclaim the truth of God's Word...mercy, grace and judgment.

Each believer should speak the truth, however, we should always try to speak it in love.

Each believer has been given spiritual gifts and is to use these gifts within the Body of Christ.

God has given us, His children, spiritual gifts for the common good of all and has assigned a responsibility of a work and service. We are to use our gifts to strengthen, comfort, and encourage others as we advance the Christian cause of making disciples of all nations. 1 Cor 12:4-12 4 There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. 6 There are different kinds of working, but the same God works all of them in all men. 7 Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. 8 To one there is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, to another the message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, 10 to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. 11 All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he gives them to each one, just as he determines. 12 The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ. (NIV)
